Another exemplary work by the German master mason on this street is a finely proportioned single story, L-shaped complex with a classically detailed front elevation. Raised brick banding at its architraves, pilasters, and entablature is differentiated by a dual-paint color scheme. A gateway leads to a walled courtyard and an ell that includes three arched brick openings that housed the stables.
