This two-story brick Italianate commercial block was meant to be experienced as two separate structures. The narrow one on the left has a gable roof, while the one on the right is parapeted with a metal projecting cornice. The segmental-arched second-floor windows are the same in both sections, as are the thin, elongated cast-iron Corinthian columns that articulate the two first-floor storefronts.
