Chloethiel Woodard Smith, known as the “Leading Lady in Urban Renewal,” designed numerous structures in the Southwest, including Capitol Park and Harbour Square. Waterside Towers is a 434-unit complex that features three nine-story towers and a set of three-story town houses. The residences are arranged in a semi-hexagonal U-shape around a central and open courtyard. On the exterior, the tower facades ripple in and out with oversized balconies that feature French door entryways. On the interior the residences offered studio to 4-bedroom arrangements. Amenities included underground parking, onsite professionally managed health club, and an indoor and outdoor pool.
