Above a chocolate-colored Italian marble base, this fifty-four-story tower, which the architects likened to a craggy mountain, has a brown precast cement skin with vertical window bays that step back to profile a pair of interlocked octagons at the pinnacle. An open plaza fronts the southwest corner main entrance.
