Also built by descendants of Jesús Treviño, the house appears more commercial than residential in scale and in appearance. Its flat roof, linear plan, plastered quoins, and metal cornice reflect a mainstream commercial style of the 1870s. The delicately carved plaster pilaster bisecting its front elevation ties it to the decorative architectural traditions of the border.
