Echoing the materials, composition, and rhythms of the Sterling Park storefronts ( BE30) is this two-story, two-store building. A pair of three-bay facades, each capped by a central arched pediment of molded brick, is separated by a slender, unmarked central bay containing, at sidewalk level, the door leading to a stair serving upper-floor offices. Again, an architectural attribution to Jules Leffland is tempting.
