Opposite the mill office, at 126 School Street, is a one-and-one-half-story duplex ( NS19.1; 1865), unusually in gray stone block striped with narrow blocks of darker color. It once served as a duplex residence for mill officers. At 102–110 School Street are more mill tenements ( NS19.2; c. 1865), two-and-one-half-story this time and more altered than the earlier Greek Revival group on School Street ( NS15). Unusually, paired central entrances for these face away from the road toward the Forestdale Mill Pond behind them.
