This asymmetrical cream brick house has many Italianate details, including the hipped roof, pedimented gables with bull’s-eye windows, rope molding below the cornice, round-arched windows with pronounced surrounds, and bay windows. Its most striking feature, however, is the entrance porch, framed by C-shaped brackets, which curve up from low pedestals to the roof. They are carved with a foliated pattern and terminate with acorn pendants above and scrolls below. The ornate door is surrounded by rope moldings, and arches on the adjacent screened porch feature lacy spandrels. Wooden roof balustrades have been removed, and a wing has been added to the rear.
