-A A +A
1903. 101 W. San Saba Ave.

This two-story building of rock-faced limestone has a pressed-metal cornice with closely spaced brackets and a chamfered corner entrance. The first-story arches, second-floor stringcourses, and second-floor window arches and lintels are in a contrasting smooth finished stone. The building extends along Bevans Street and ends with a retail building with a sidewalk canopy and a stepped metal cornice.

Across the street at 102 W. San Saba, the two-story Luckenbach Building (1903) has a monumental facade of rock-faced limestone with round-arched windows and door.
