The two-story buff brick building has a subtle classical character, with a rock-faced limestone base, a brick midsection, and a cornice of corbeled bricks. The facades on E. Main and S. Bell Street are identical, each with a central arched entrance with an inset lintel on brackets and a pair of tall arched windows to each side. A recessed spandrel within the window frame indicates a second floor within.
