This Classical Revival house, Bloomsburg's most extravagant from the early twentieth century, was built by entrepreneur Edward B. Tustin. The house is constructed of yellowish ironspot brick with characteristic dark spots with limestone details, and has an Ionic portico and a roof of imported German tiles. The Georgian Revival staircase on the interior is believed to have been purchased at the St. Louis Exposition of 1904. A roller rink and indoor swimming pool were added before Tustin declared bankruptcy in 1911.
