Two towers, one over the side porch entrance and the other a canted-corner bell tower added in 1897, bookend a long steeply pitched gable roof. The extensive use of wooden shingles on the towers shows the architect was up-to-date with northeastern tastes. The interior features dramatic scissor trusses, Tudor-arched stained glass windows set against white plaster walls, and a stained wooden ceiling.
