A somewhat elongated Prairie-style stucco box, this house has the usual overhanging wide hipped roof. The roof in this instance has paired brackets at each corner. The walls of the house are divided into two horizontal zones by a band at the walls' midpoint. On the lower level are suggestions of corner pilasters holding up this cornice band. The projecting entrance has a roof reminiscent of those in Maher's work, with flat sections to each side and a segmented roof section in the middle.
