This long, low, parapeted two-story brick building establishes its mildly Colonial Georgian imagery through a few details. The windows are small paned and double hung and are accompanied below the parapet by stone panels bearing classical swags. The entrance pavilion is the building's strongest feature. Engaged two-story piers enclose a central stone panel that contains the entrance doorway, a single window above, and decorative swags between the piers. The general flavor of the building's design is Colonial Georgian brought up to date by subtle references to the Art Deco Moderne.
