This is another episode within the downtown of the use of the eighteenth-century English Georgian precedent. A handsome temple front with four Doric columns faces out to the street and beyond to Estes Park. Within the portico one is greeted by a row of three wall arches, the center one containing the entrance to the building. Graceful sculptural garlands appear over these arches and then are repeated within the tympanum of the pedimented temple front.
