This is a near-perfect example of a one-and-a-half-story Greek Revival cottage. The gable end facing the street exhibits the usual returns of the eaves at the base of the gable, and there is a suggestion of pilasters at each corner. The entrance has its own pair of simple pilasters, an entablature, and side lights. The building is sheathed in clapboard; the windows are twelve-lighted double hung, and their framing lintel boards project slightly to the sides.
