This little single-story house originally stood on N. Main Street. In deteriorated condition by the 1950s, it was rescued and brought to The Lindens (KT3) in 1962. In the 1990s, it was moved to the Barracks and restored, which included solicitously lowering the floor so modern visitors would not hit their heads. The neatly sawn and dovetailed planks represent high-quality log construction.
