Arthur Sharp of the Exchange National Bank occupied this gray brick mansion with a local brown sandstone base, terracotta trim, a green tile roof, and arcaded porch. It is an eclectic mix of Mediterranean, Tudor, and Craftsman elements. Among many interior features are tapestry wallpaper, lavish mahogany and oak wood-work, and seven Van Briggle ceramic tile fireplaces. A large carriage house, pergola, and stone and iron fence augment the property, now occupied by the American Red Cross.
