Behind the museum are two railroad-related buildings, the section house and the depot, moved to this site away from the tracks. The section house is a one-story, hip-roofed building. Next to it, also painted a mustard color with brown trim, is the depot, a small, one-story building with a hip roof and beveled siding. Built in 1920, the original depot burned in 1933. This one was built later, apparently to the same specifications.
