At the north side of the quadrangle at the heart of the campus is the Elmer E. Rasmuson Library. Along with the similar and adjacent Fine Arts Complex, it was constructed to a design by Manley and Mayer. The library has a concrete and pebble-dash exterior. The flat roof with wide eaves seems to float above the building on a row of windows at the cornice.
